摘要 本文提出了基于生态位构建的企业自主创新项目投资方案综合评价模型。该模型用组合熵权系数法确定指标权重,用企业自主创新项目投资方案生态位的适合程度测定其进化惯量,用现实生态位对其最佳生态位的偏离程度测定其进化动量,通过线性集成进化惯量和进化动量获得综合评价值。结合企业自主创新项目的特点,从人、财、物、时间、环境和预期效益6个方面构建了企业自主创新项目投资方案评价指标体系,并将该模型应用于某企业自主创新项目8种不同投资方案进行实证分析。结果验证了该方法切实可行,可以为企业自主创新项目投资方案评价与选择提供理论依据。 This paper presents a synthetic evaluation model based on niche construction for enterprise independent innovation project investment scheme. In this model, the combined weights of the entire indicator are determined by entropy theory; the evolutionary inertia are measured by the fitness of the niche of hazardous resistant site of enterprise independent innovation project investment scheme and the evolutionary momentum are measured by the deviation between the real niche and the optimal niche, which can be linearly combined into the final synthetic evaluation results. Combined with characteristics of enterprise independent innovation project system, the enterprise independent innovation project investment scheme indicator system is built from six levels of human, finan- cing, material, time, environment and expected benefits, and then the proposed model is verified by an empirical analysis of 8 schemes in an enterprise, and the study results can be used as the theoretical basis for enterprise inde- pendent innovation project investment scheme to evaluate and choose.
