摘要
本文依据企业自主创新项目具有多投入、多产出的特点,构建了以参与人数、总投资和能耗为投入指标、年产量为产出指标的企业自主创新项目投资方案评价指标体系;基于超效率DEA方法建立了企业自主创新项目投资方案评价模型,并通过某自主创新项目8种投资方案进行了实例研究,结果验证了该方法不仅能够判断出最终最优方案,而且能够提出进一步的目标改进措施。与传统DEA方法相比,基于超效率DEA的企业自主创新项目投资方案评价模型更具应用优势。
According to the features of more inputs and more outputs of independent enterprises,this papers builds up the evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation with iuput index of participants and yearly outputs,establishes the model of planning evaluation based on the DEA method,and implement the empirical case study.The results have proved that the methods do not can identify final optimal scheme,but put forward further objectives to improve measures.Compared with the traditional DEA model,SE-DEA has more advantages of application.
