摘要
产业内贸易作为不同国家之间对于同种产业的产品同时进行进口和出口的贸易行为,在国际贸易中所占份额日益提高。近年黑龙江省外贸规模增长迅速,贸易结构不断优化,通过产业内贸易指数的测算,产业内贸易总体发展水平呈上升趋势,但速度基本表现迟缓,竞争力依然有限。我们应从培育规模经济、加大对主导产业的政策支持力度、实施产品差异化战略、发展直接投资等角度来采取对策,以促进黑龙江省产业内贸易的快速健康发展。
Intra -industry trade means different countries cany on the import and export trade act regarding the homogeneous industrial product simultaneously, which its share is increasing day by day occupies in the international trade. The Heilongjiang Province foreign trade scale growth was rapid in recent years, the trade structule optimized unceasingly. Through calculating the G - L intra - industry trade index, the overall level of the development of intra - industry trade has the trend of ascent, but the speed was slow, the competitive power was still limited. We should take the include fostering scale economy, increasing the policy support intensity of leading industry, implementing the product difference strategy, developing direct investment and so on, all of these could promote intra - industry trade of Heilongjiang province fast and healthy development.
