摘要
现阶段的中国,生产要素等各方面的条件均与改革开放之初截然不同,中国外贸发展已经具备立足于科技创新进行本质蜕变的客观条件。目前的全球金融危机,给中国带来的挑战,正是中国对外贸易发展模式转型的难得契机。须以创新思路,即立足于科技创新发展产业内贸易应对危机。为此,政府应该在加速提升制造技术标准、大力提高就业层次和继续强化科技投入等方面作出努力和引导。
After 30 years of development,China has changed a lot on her factors such as production capacity,R&D facility and labor resources.The international trade pattern should match the change.The current global crisis gives an opportunity for China to change the trade style and the government must adjust her policies to promote the trend of change.
