摘要
研究型医院是以医学知识、医疗技术为基础,坚持临床与科研教学并重,不断推动临床诊治水平、社会卫生事业以及人类健康持续稳定发展的新型医院。医院在实践中努力完成五个转变,坚持医、教、研并举发展,完善学科人才队伍建设,优化后勤服务保障,累积了丰富经验。
The researching hospital is a new type hospital, which bases on medical knowledge and medical technology and adheres equal stress on both the clinical and scientific teaching to promote the healthy, stable and sustainable development of clinical treatment level, social health care and the human health. In the practical work, we diligently complete five transformation, and insist on common development of the medicine, teaehing and research, perfect discipline talents construction, optimize logistics service. Rich experience has been accumulated.
