摘要
建立了用正己烷超声提取食品塑料包装材料中的邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯,经滤纸过滤,浓缩定容后采用选择离子模式对其进行气相色谱-质谱联机分析,外标法定量.方法对食品塑料包装材料中的邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯的检测限为10.0μg/kg,检测浓度范围为10~500μg/L,样品的加标回收率为80%~110%,可满足食品塑料包装材料中邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯检测的需要.
As a reactive plasticizer,diallyo（o-）phthalate is also a phthalate ester which should be strictly monitored in food and food related materials.In this paper,a new analytical method using gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric（GC/MS） techniques has been developed for the determination of diallyo（o-）phthalate residue in food plastic packing materials for the first time.Diallyo（o-）phthalate in food plastic packing materials was firstly extracted with n-hexane by ultrasonic methods,and then determined by GC/MS.The detection limit was 10.0 μg/kg,the linear range was from 10~500 μg/L,and the recoveries were between 80% and 110%.The results showed that the method is suitable for the determination of diallyo（o-）phthalate in food plastic packing materials.
