摘要
目的:建立肝癥消胶囊中人参皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定制剂中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re及人参皂苷Rb1的含量。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Re和Rb1线性范围分别在0.284～2.840μg/mL,0.294～2.940μg/mL,0.280～2.800μg/mL;人参皂苷Rg1、Re含量之和平均回收率为100.05%,RSD为1.16%;人参皂苷Rb1的回收率为100.93%,RSD为1.89%。结论:本方法简便可靠,结果稳定,可用于肝癥消胶囊中人参皂苷的含量测定。
Objective：To set up a method for determinating Ginseng saponins in Gan Zheng Xiao Capsule.Methods：To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of Ginsenoside Rg1、Ginsenoside Re and Ginsenoside Rb1 in Gan Zheng Xiao Capsule.Results：The linear ranges of Ginsenoside Rg1、Ginsenoside Re and Ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.284~2.840μg/mL,0.294~2.940μg/mL,0.280~2.800μg/mL,respectively,the average recovery rate of the sum of Ginsenoside Rg1 and Re was 100.05%,RSD was 1.16%.the average recovery rate of Ginsenoside Rb1 was 100.93%,RSD was 1.89%.Conclusion：The method had the advantages of simplicity and reliablity,the test results were stable,it can be used for the quality control of Ginseng saponins in Gan Zheng Xiao Capsule.
