中外女性创业特性的比较与女大学生创业被引量：15

摘要中外女性创业在个体层面、组织层面和创业环境等三个关键部分上表现的一些共同和不同地方可以为我国女大学生创业提供如下几点启示:女大学生毕业后就创业的做法不太合理,女大学生的创业教育更应侧重商业能力和心理特质的培养,女大学生创业要学会提升自己的社会资本,女大学生的创业目标应该从小处着眼,政府政策和社会舆论应该给女大学生创业营造良好的创业环境。
