摘要
大学生创新创业活动的开展要以创新创业能力为基础,创新创业能力是影响创新创业活动能否顺利开展的关键因素。该文从理论和实践双重逻辑出发,以企业家精神理论、创业过程理论、职业胜任力理论为基础,以科学性、全面性、可操作性为原则,构建了包含4个一级指标和17个二级指标在内的大学生创新创业能力评价指标体系,作为高校进行学生创新创业能力培养和人才培养模式的调整依据,提高人才培养质量,为社会经济健康发展提供高质量、多层次的人才支撑。
The development of innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students should be based on the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,which is the key factor affecting the smooth development of innovation and entrepreneurship activities.Starting from the dual logic of theory and practice,based on the theory of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial process,and professional competency,this research constructs four first-level indicators and 17 the evaluation index system of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability including two secondary indicators,so as to provide the basis for colleges and universities to carry out the adjustment of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability training and talent training mode,improve the quality of talent training,provide high-quality,multi-level talent support for the healthy development of the social economy.
