摘要
在分析慢性病防控现状和存在问题的基础上,以公共卫生学观点为指导,以成本-效益或成本-效果的最大化为原则,聚焦于慢性病可控的风险因素,构建一种基于社区健康管理的慢性病综合防控战略框架,并提出慢性病综合防控战略实施步骤与行动计划,以达到提高国民健康素养与生命质量的目的。
Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the chronic disease prevention and control,the paper constructed a framework of community health management on the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic disease and put forward the implementation steps and action plans of the comprehensive prevention and control strategy for chronic disease,through the viewpoint of public health as the guidance,cost-benefit or cost-effectiveness maximization as the principle and focusing on the controllable risk factors of chronic disease,to improve the people＇s health literacy and quality of life.
