摘要
目的通过调研了解全区居民电子健康档案现状,以便提出对策。方法用文献研究法复习文献拟订流调表。使用问卷调查法对全区13个社区卫生服务中心22名从事社区居民健康信息建立、管理的全科与公共卫生医生进行调研。采用描述统计法对所得数据进行分析。结果全区13个社区卫生服务中心均建立了居民电子健康档案,但在建档率、建档范围、建档责任人、质量控制、更新情况和使用情况上参差不齐,存在政府支撑不到位,资金、设施、管理软件和专业人才队伍方方面面的困难,影响了社区居民健康电子档案的建立、管理、更新和利用。结论社区居民电子健康档案的建立是政府医改主要内容与主管部门的职能。对如何改进此工作,提出了对策及建议。
Objective Understanding of the region through research present situation of residents in electronic health records in order to propose a solution. Methods We do the research Using the questionnaire in 13 of the region of 22 community health centers in the establishment of community health information and management of generalresearch and public health doctors. Using descriptive statistics to do the data analysis. Results The region of 13 community health centers were established the electronic health records,. But it was uneven in the filing rate, filing range, archiving responsible, quality control, updatingand and use of the records and the government support was not in place; funds, facilities, personnelmanagement software and professional were all in difficulties. These affected the archivements of createtion, management, updating and use of the electronic health records of community residents. Conclusion Establish community residents electronic health records is the main content of medical reform and the functions of government department in charge of functions. On how to improve this work, we put forward our countermeasures and suggestions.
