摘要
近年来,随着江西省渔业经济的快速发展和水产品出口量的递增,水产品在运输途中的腐损成本越来越高,水产品的冷链物流发展能有效应对此难题。SWOT法分析江西省开展水产品冷链物流,可知江西省开展水产品冷链物流基础设施落后、投入成本大,想要快速崛起就得从模式上创新。运用延迟和敏捷配送的思想,简化水产品流通模式,水产品的冷链物流的发展可结合电子商务和农超对接的模式进行,以达到控制成本目的。
With Jiangxi＇s fishery economic developing fast and fisheries products exports increasing recent years, fish rot in transit damage cost became higher and higher, which needs fisheries cold chain logistics developing. Based on SWOT analysis of Jiangxi＇s fisheries logistics, the paper found that Jiangxi Province＇s infrastructure is poor and cold-chain logistics costs much. Based on the distribution of delay and agile thinking, the paper proposed using the e-commerce and farmers docking to supermarket mode in aquatic cold chain logistics to control the high cost.
