摘要
选择不同产地、不同部位的烤烟原烟卷烟,不同焦油量的商品卷烟为样品,应用吸烟机模拟吸烟,研究了烟叶主要理化指标和抽吸条件对主流烟气镉迁移的影响。结果表明:①产地间烟叶镉含量及单位质量烟丝镉的主流烟气迁移量差异较大,一般南方烟叶大于北方烟叶;部位间镉的烟气迁移率差异较大,上部叶>中部叶>下部叶;②随烟叶钾含量增高,静燃速率加快,镉迁移率降低,迁移量减少;烟叶镉含量与主流烟气迁移量呈正相关;烟碱等指标对镉迁移率、迁移量也有显著影响;③应用烟叶理化指标对镉主流烟气迁移率、迁移量可进行较准确的预测;④随抽吸容量的增加、抽吸时间间隔的减小,镉迁移量显著增加;相对标准抽吸条件,深度抽吸条件下镉迁移增加量随烟丝中镉含量的增加而增加。
Effects of the physical and chemical properties of tobacco leaf and puffing regime on transfer rate and amount of cadmium from cigarette to mainstream smoke were studied by smoking machine using flue-cured tobacco leaf samples of different stem position from different areas and different brand cigarettes with different tar delivery.Results showed that: ① Transfer rates of cadmium to mainstream smoke are different from different planting locations.Tobacco growing in southern China has higher transfer rate than those in northern China.Transfer rates of cadmium from leaf of different stem position were also significant with the following sequence:,upper leaves〉middle leaves〉lower leaves.② Transfer rate of cadmium decrease and transfer amount increase with increase of potassium content and free burning rate of tobacco.Transfer amount of cadmium showed positive correlation with cadmium content.Nicotine content also showed significant effect on transfer amount and rate of cadmium.③ Transfer amount and rate of cadmium can be predicted according to physical and chemical properties of cured leaf.④Transfer amount of cadmium increased with increase of puffing volume and decrease of puffing alternation.Comparing with the ISO regime,increased amount of cadmium in mainstream smoke were increased with increase of cadmium content with intensive smoking regime.
