摘要
为探索卷烟主流烟气重金属迁移率与烟叶中重金属不同形态之间的关系,检测了全国24个不同产地不同部位烟叶重金属铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、镉(Cd)总量和不同形态含量及其单料烟卷烟主流烟气重金属总含量。应用偏最小二乘回归分析法和优势分析法分析重金属烟气迁移率与重金属在烟叶中不同形态和烟气TPM的关系发现:Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd 5种重金属烟气迁移率都与其在烟叶中的存在形式有一定相关性,且它们在烟叶中的不同形态和烟气TPM含量对其烟气迁移率的贡献存在如下关系,Cr:可溶态(无机态)占比(+)>不溶态占比(-)>TPM(+);Ni:有机态占比(+)>无机态占比(-)>不溶态占比(+)>TPM(+);As:TPM(+)>有机态占比(+)>无机态占比(+)>不溶态占比(-);Se:无机态含量(+)>TPM(+)>不溶态含量(-)>有机态含量(-);Cd:TPM(+)>有机态占比(-)>不溶态占比(+)>无机态占比(+)。其中,括号内的正号和负号分别代表正相关和负相关。并从卷烟燃烧机理、重金属物理性质和不同形态等方面对其进行了理论解释。
In order to explore relationships between heavy metal migration ratios in mainstream cigarette smoke and their forms in tobacco leaves, contents of different heavy metals (Cr、Ni、As、Se、Cd), their four forms, corresponding unblended mainstream cigarette smoke and TPM in 24 samples from different areas and different parts were studied. Statistical analysis of data was conducted by using least square method and advantage analysis method, and the influence rule of different forms of heavy metals on their migration ratios in mainstream smoke was revealed. Results showed that effects of different forms of heavy metals and TPM on their migration rates in mainstream smoke were in the following order, Cr:fraction of soluble state(inorganic state)(+) 〉 fraction of insoluble state (-) 〉 TPM(+); Ni:fraction of organic state(+) 〉 fraction of inorganic state (-) 〉 fraction of insoluble state(+) 〉 TPM(+); As:TPM (+) 〉 fraction of organic state(+) 〉 fraction of inorganic state(+) 〉 fraction of insoluble state(-); Se:fraction of inorganic state(+) 〉 TPM(+) 〉 fraction of insoluble state(-) 〉 fraction of organic state(-); Cd:TPM (+) 〉 fraction of organic state (-) 〉 fraction of insoluble state(+) 〉 fraction of inorganic state(+). The plus or minus in the bracket stands for the positive or negative correlation. A theoretical explanation of the above results was proposed by taking into consideration the combustion mechanism of cigarettes, physical properties and occurrence forms of heavy metals and other factors.
