摘要
在分析水库移民生态新村建设意义的基础上,提出了建设水库移民生态新村的思路和建议:科学规划;完善农田水利配套设施,发展优质高效农业;努力建设完善的生活配套设施;大力发展绿色建筑;积极发展农村生态旅游;认真创造文化学习氛围;切实加强村组领导班子的建设;多方筹措移民新村建设资金。
Based on analyzing the significance of constructing new ecological village for reservoir immigrants,the way of thinking and eight pieces of advice were proposed： programming scientifically;perfecting facilities for farmland and water conservancy and developing high quality and effective agriculture,making efforts to build perfect living facilities,deeply developing green architecture,positively developing country ecological tourism,earnestly establishing cultural learning atmosphere,really intensifying construction of the village management group,raising money in different ways for constructing the immigrants＇ new village.
