政府信息服务主要有政府主导型、市场引导型和公众参与型3种基本模式。其中政府主导型包括常规作业、咨询决策、贡献利益、应急处理4种模式;市场引导型包括特许经营、用者付费、委托代理3种模式;公众参与型包括政民互动、社区自治、个人自愿、第三方参与4种模式。
The government＇s information service mainly has 3 basic modes,that is,government dominance,market guidance and public participation.The government dominance mode includes 4 patterns： conventional operation,consultation and decision making,contribution and benefit,and emergency treatment.The market guidance mode includes 3 patterns： franchising,user pay and agency by agreement.The public participation mode includes 4 patterns： government-civilian interaction,community autonomy,individual volunteer and the third-party participation.
