摘要
随着电子政务的广泛应用,电子政务信息资源知识产权保护的问题显得越来越重要。文章分析了电子政务信息资源知识产权的内涵和电子政务信息资源权利人享有的权利,提出了电子政务信息资源知识产权保护的策略。
With the wide application of e - government, the question of e - government information resources intellectual property protection seems more and important. This paper analyses the intension of the e - government infonnation resources intellectual property right and right wihich the electronic government information resources obliges enjoy, put forward the tactics of e - government infonnation resources intellectual property protection.
