摘要
中国工会改革开放以来,先后参与制定了《工会法》、《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》、《就业促进法》、《社会保险法》等一系列法律法规,为积极争取职工合法权益鼓与呼,在保障工人权益,维护社会稳定方面作出了巨大贡献。在"十二五"开局之年,我们特地与中华全国总工会法律工作部副部长谢良敏就中国工会在参与立法、维护职工尤其是农民工合法权益等方面问题做了约谈。
In the past 30 years,the ACFTU has participated in the legislation of the Law of Trade Union,the Labor Law,the Law of Labor Contract;the Law of Promotion of Employment,the Law of Social Insurance and other regulations.China＇s trade union has made great contribution to protecting labor rights and keep social stability.During the next national twelfth five-year period,China＇s trade union will keep on participating in legislation and protecting legal rights and interests of migrant workers.
