摘要
目的了解护理本科生职业价值取向,并分析其影响因素。方法随机抽取某医科大学护理学院一至三年级145名在校护理本科生,运用自编的职业价值取向问卷进行调查。结果 (1)42.1%的护理本科生认为工作收入的高低很重要,有36.6%认为职业稳定很重要,33.8%认为工作要能发挥自己才能。(2)男性护理本科生地域价值取向得分低于女性护生(P<0.05)。(3)二年级护理本科生在职业价值取向各维度得分均高于一年级和三年级护生(P<0.001)。结论护理本科生对职业的选择注重高薪酬及自我价值的实现。男生在地域价值取向上明显低于女生,二年级护理本科生比一年级和三年级护生职业价值取向更明显。
Objective To understand professional value orientation of nursing undergraduates and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods 145 nursing undergraduates including freshmen,sophomores and juniors were randomly surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire of professional value orientation.Results（1） 42.1% of the students regarded high salary was of great importance when doing job-hunting,and 36.6% of them believed that job security was very significant and 33.8% thought that display their talents in jobs was a necessity.（2） The score of regional value orientation of male nursing undergraduates was lower than that of female ones（P〈0.05）.（3） The scores of each dimension of professional value orientation of sophomores were higher than those of freshmen and juniors（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Nursing undergraduates attach great importance to salary and self-value.Male students display weaker orientation in regional value than female do and sophomores are with more apparent professional value orientation than freshmen and juniors.
