摘要
目的调查分析大专、本科护生对社区护理工作的主观认识,了解社区护理工作职业吸引力对不同学历层次护生的差异性及其相关因素。方法采用问卷调查法对313名护生进行调查,用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计描述及非参数检验。结果313名调查者中大专生186名(59.4%),本科生127名(40.6%)。其中有228人(72.8%)愿意从事社区护理工作,意愿与调查对象身份的差异有统计学意义;不愿意从事社区护理工作的原因主要是福利待遇差、社会认同度低、工作量大;吸引调查对象从事社区护理工作的条件为工作自主性强、有意义和良好的福利待遇。结论大专护生从事社区护理工作的意愿较强,工作自主性强、有意义和良好的福利待遇是吸引护理人员参与社区工作的主要因素。
Objective To investigate the subjective understanding about community nursing work of junior college nursing students and undergraduate nursing students,so as to determine the difference and the related factors of occupational attraction of community nursing work.Methods A total of 313 nursing students were surveyed by a questionnaire.The data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 for statistical description and non-parametric test.Results One hundred and eighty-six(59.4%)junior college nursing students and 127(40.6%) undergraduate nursing students were enrolled in the investigation.Of the 313 students,228(72.8%) students were willing to engage in community nursing work,with significant differences in their desire and status.The major reasons of unwillingness for community nursing work was the poor benefits,low social status and heavy workload.The conditions of attracting the nursing students to engage in community nursing work was the occupational autonomy,social values and good benefits.Conclusion Nursing students of junior colleges showed stronger desire to engage in community nursing work.The major attracting were occupational autonomy,social values and good benefits.
