摘要
目的探讨组织环境管理对护理人员皮肤黏膜暴露、锐器伤发生及上报率的影响,为改善组织环境管理,减少职业伤害提供依据。方法对广东省4个市的13家医院中875名护理人员进行自设问卷调查,调查内容包括调查对象的一般情况、组织环境管理因素及职业伤害3个项目,其中组织环境管理因素包括人力资源配置、工作环境、安全设施配备、组织文化、安全行为及组织关怀6个维度32个条目。结果不同工龄皮肤黏膜暴露发生的差异有统计学意义,不同学历、不同医院等级的护理人员锐器伤发生的差异有统计学意义。一级医院组织环境管理各维度的得分均低于二、三级医院。组织环境管理对于皮肤黏膜暴露、锐器伤的发生及上报率有一定影响。结论改善组织环境的管理,有利于减少护理人员皮肤黏膜暴露、锐器伤的发生,提高此类职业伤害后的上报率。
Objective To investigate the influence of organization environment administration on occupational injuries among nursing staff,so as to provide basis for improving organization environment administration and reducing occupational injuries.Methods A total of 875 nursing staff in 13 hospitals in Guangdong Province were recruited by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method.They were investigated with the Safety Climate Questionnaire(SCQ) and a self-designed questionnaire about the demographic information and incidence of occupational injuries.SCQ is composed of 32 items and 6 dimensions including human resources,workplace environment,security facilities,organizational culture,safe behaviors and organizational care.Results There were significant differences on the incidence of mucocutaneous exposure among nurses with different years of working experience,and on the incidence of sharp injury among nurses in different level of hospitals and nurses with different educational background.The dimension scores of SCQ were significantly lower in primary-level hospitals than that of secondary and tertiary-level hospitals.The organization environment administration had signiticant influence on the incidence and reporting rate of occupational injuries.Conclusion Improving organization environment administration is likely to reduce the incidence of occupational injuries and increase the reporting rate among nursing staff.It is suggested to improve nurses' work environment,promote the formation of safety organizational culture to guarantee the occupational safety.
