摘要
目的了解护理人员工作满意度的现状及影响因素,为开发实用、确切的激励方案,有效提升护理人员工作满意度提供实证依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取7所三甲综合性医院的430名护理人员进行横断面调查。结果内在满意度、外在满意度、一般满意度条目均分分别为3.80±0.42、3.64±0.43、3.50±0.57。不同年龄、职务、轮班方式和用工性质的护理人员工作满意度比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),该4项是工作满意度的主要影响因素。结论护理人员工作满意度总体水平不高,应针对其主要影响因素,实施内在激励的同时兼顾外在激励,以提高其工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction of nurses in order to provide information for designing effective motivational programs and improving their job satlsfaetion. Methods Four hundred and thirty registered nurses from seven 3A-Class general hospitals responded to the cross-sectional survey. Results The scores of intrinsic, extrinsic and general satisfaction were 3. 80 ± 0. 42,3. 64 ±0. 43,3. 50 ± 0. 57, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in job satisfaction among nurses of different ages, positions, work shifting modes and nature of employment (P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01). Conclusion Nurses generally have a relatively lower level of job satisfaction and extrinsic and intrinsic motivational measures should be taken to raise their iob satisfaction.
