基质金属蛋白酶在类风湿关节炎发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis,RA）是以对称性、多发性关节炎为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病,该病是慢性、进行性、侵蚀性疾病,主要侵犯滑膜组织,继而引起关节软骨、周围韧带及骨质的破坏。RA呈全球性分布,是造成人类丧失劳动力和致残的主要原因之一，尽管其发病机制目前尚不清楚，但人们已经发现RA的发病与遗传和环境因素有密切的关系。
