摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了牙膏中的甘草次酸。在 Y W G C18(40 m m i.d.×250 m m ,10 μm )色谱柱上,以 V(甲醇)∶ V(001 m ol/ L K H2 P O4)= 85∶15(p H 30)的溶液为流动相,流速为 10 m L/m in,紫外检测波长为 254 nm ,室温下检测。甘草次酸用甲醇提取。甘草次酸的平均回收率为 9961% ~10167% ,样品测试相对标准偏差为 185% ~316% 。方法操作简便。
A method for determining glycyrrhetic acid in toothpaste by RP\|HPLC is described. The operating conditions were YWG\|C 18 column (4.0 mm i.d.×250 mm, 10 μm)at room temperature, V(methanol)∶V(0.01 mol/L KH 2PO 4)=85∶15 (pH 3.0)as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and UV detection at 254 nm. Glycyrrhetic acid in toothpaste samples were extracted with methanol. The average recoveries of glycyrrhetic acid were 99.61% 101.67%. The relative standard deviations were 1.85% 3.16%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
