摘要
针对某试验样车怠速车内噪声大于46dB(A)和车身振动量偏大的问题,利用噪声控制中的消元法识别出噪声源,并进行了怠速时燃油管和车身地板振动测量分析。结果表明,减小油管的振动或提高管夹的减振功能可控制振动源对车内噪声的影响。提出了3项降噪措施:对燃油管路做隔振处理、对发动机舱纵梁减重孔和排气管隔热罩与地板之间的部位做声腔处理。试验结果表明,这3项降噪措施可使样车的怠速车内噪声降低至42 dB(A)。
To reduce interior noise(exceeding 46 dB(A)) and excessive body vibration of a test vehicle during idle,elimination method in noise control is used to identify source of noise,and fuel pipe and body floor vibration measurement analysis during idle is made.The results show that reduction of fuel pipe vibration or improving damping function of hose clip can control the effect of source of vibration on interior noise.Three noise reduction measures are put forward: vibration isolation made to fuel pipe,make acoustic chamber treatment on the locations between engine compartment side member weight reduction hole and exhaust pipe heat shield and floor.The test results show that the three measures can reduce interior noise of the test car down to 42 dB(A) in idle.
