摘要
通过四款目标车的整车气密性试验,得到这四款车型的当量孔面积,从而设定了车身的气密性目标,再改进车身各部位的密封设计,提高焊装、涂装和总装过程的工艺精度,最终降低了车内高速风噪声。
Based on air-tightness test results of four target vehicles about area of equivalent aperture,thereby if improve the sealing design about every parts of vehicle body and control precision of stamping,painting and assembly processing,finally reducing interior wind noise at high speed.
