摘要
采用从粉煤灰中提取的空心玻璃微珠,制备不同空心玻璃微珠含量的高密度聚乙烯复合材料,研究空心玻璃微珠对复合材料力学性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明:随着空心玻璃微珠含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度逐步增大,弯曲强度和冲击强度先增大后减小,当空心玻璃微珠质量含量为5%时,弯曲强度和冲击强度达到最大。适量空心玻璃微珠的加入对复合材料的结晶性能有一定程度的改善。
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) filled with fly ash hollow glass beads (HGB) were prepared. The effects of the contents of HGB on the mechanical properties and crystallinity of the HDPE/HGB composites were investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength increased with increasing the content of HGB, the flexural strength and the impact strength increased with increasing the content of HGB,then it decreased,which were optimum when the contents of HGB were 5 %. Moreover,HGB could also improved crystallinity of the composite.
