摘要
中国庞大的煤炭焦化工业每年产生大量的焦炉煤气和煤焦油,可供碳一化工、煤制油化工的需要,而碳一化工和煤制油化工是"十一五"以来重点建设的新型煤化工。本文从焦化工业的技术与产品升级出发,综合能源、煤炭焦化、液化、气化、碳一化工和石油化工等多个领域的技术成果,勾勒了中国现代煤化工的技术与产品结构网络,旨在从能量流和物质流的链条上充分利用煤炭,用较少的资源、能源、环境和资金投入,来获得较大的经济、环境和社会效益。
A huge coking industry in China generates a great deal of oven gas and coal tar each year. These byproducts are available as the raw material for C1 chemical industry and coal liquefaction,which have been constructing as the new coal chemical industry since the China's "11th five-year plan". Starting from the upgrading of technology and products of coking industry,an outline of the modern coal chemical industry of China has drawn by integration of the technological achievements of energy,coal coking,liquefaction,gasification and C1 industry. It helps to make full use of coal from both the flows of energy and mass,achieving more economic,environmental and social benefits by using less energy,resource,environmental and capital invest.
