摘要
通过引入应急管理过程论基本原理,分析了目前应急管理中过程论在消防安全应急管理中的应用,并在运用应急管理过程论分析我国消防安全应急管理体系建设现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了构建与完善基于应急管理过程论的消防安全应急管理体系建设的建议,以期为各级政府加强消防安全应急管理体系建设,增强消防安全管理能力提供参考。
The basic theory of the emergency management process was introduced to analyze the applications of the current emergency management process that used in the fire prevention safety management.The current situation and existing problems in the fire prevention safety management system′s construction were discussed on basis of the emergency management process.And construction and improvement of the fire prevention safety management system were then proposed.These provide references for the governments at various levels to enhance the construction of fire prevention safety management system and the capabilities of fire prevention.
