摘要
目的探讨肺岩宁方为基础的膏方制剂对荷瘤鼠抗肿瘤活性及免疫功能的影响。方法以C57BL/6小鼠Lewis肺癌为模型,随机分为膏方组、辅料方组、生理盐水组,每组11只,给药10d后检测各组C57BL/6荷瘤小鼠的体质量,瘤重,肺转移灶数,肺转移发生率,脾指数及胸腺指数。结果肺岩宁膏方能明显减少C57BL/6Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的肺转移灶数,降低肺转移的发生率(P<0.05);显著提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,使小鼠的体质量、脾指数、胸腺指数均明显高于空白组(P<0.05);但三组间瘤重无明显差异。结论肺岩宁膏方能够明显提高Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,对Lewis肺癌转移有一定抑制作用,但对Lewis肺癌皮下移植瘤无明显抑制作用。
Objective To observe the influence of the herbal paste predominantly with Feiyanning on the antitumor activity and immune function of tumor-bearing mice.Methods C57BL/6 mice with Lewis lung cancer were randomly divided into three groups：herbal paste group（n=11）,excipient group（n=11） and normal saline group（n=11）.To detect the body weight,tumor weight,number of pulmonary metastases,the incidence of lung metastasis,spleen index and thymus index of the C57BL/6 mice after 10-day administration.Results Feiyanning paste significantly reduced the number of lung metastases and the incidence of lung metastases of C57BL/6 mice with Lewis lung cancer（P 0.05）;it also significantly improved the immune function of the tumor-bearing mice,the body weight,spleen index and thymus index were significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）.However,there was no significant difference of tumor weight among the three groups.Conclusion Feiyanning paste can significantly improve the immune function of tumor-bearing mice and inhibit metastasis of Lewis lung cancer,but has no apparent inhibition effect on the tumor growth.
