摘要
劳动合同的试用期是合同双方当事人在契约中约定的试用工作的期限,即是劳动者和用人单位为了相互选择、了解、熟悉而约定的一段考验期限。我国的劳动合同法及其实施条例虽然对试用期作出了规定,但仍然有一些不足,应从其适用范围、次数、期限、中断、变更等多方面加以完善。
Probation period is interim period for employment provided in the employment contract,and it is a testing period for the employer and the employee to choose,understand and be familiarized with each other.Though there are some provisions regarding probation period in Chinese Employment Contract Law and its implementary regulations,there are still some insufficiencies.Probation period shall be perfected from the aspects of application,times,period,suspension and changing.
