摘要
文章针对科技企业初创期的特点和所面临的主要问题,提出了通过建立和完善公共服务体系、增强企业自身竞争力、提升企业家能力3个方面来支撑初创科技企业的健康发展。
Based on the characters of sci-tech enterprises at start-up stage and the problems they are facing,the paper suggests that we should support their healthy development by improving public service system,enterprises＇ competitiveness,and the entrepreneurs＇ capabilities.
