摘要
本研究目的在于探讨中学生希望特质和心理健康的现状及二者的关系,为开展中学生心理健康教育和辅导工作提供参考。主要研究结果如下:(1)延安市中学生的心理健康总体上呈现轻度心理问题;(2)延安市中学生的希望水平整体处于较高状态,且动力思维水平整体要高于路径思维水平;(3)延安市中学生的希望特质总体水平和心理健康总体水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.19**,p<0.01)。
The article is to discuss the status and the relationship of idiosyncrasy hope and mental health of middle school students,so as to offer references to develop their education and guidance on mental health.The results show that.There is the light level psychological problem in total middle school students.The general level of hope present superior status and the level of agency thinking are higher than pathway thinking.The general level of idiosyncrasy hope and the mental health present significant negative correlation.
