摘要
目的:观察化痰活血中药联合辛伐他汀、非诺贝特降脂、消除斑块的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为二组,治疗组50例口服中药活血化痰方,联合西药辛伐他汀或非诺贝特,对照组口服相同西药,联合复方丹参片。结果:治疗组斑块消除及显效率高于对照组,不良反应较对照组轻。结论:中药活血化痰可协同辛伐他汀、非诺贝特降脂、逆转粥样斑块。
Objective： To observe the effect of TCM plus simvastatin, fenofibrate lipid-lowering and remove speckle therapy- Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups, in which, both of the two groups were given simvastatin or fenofibrate- Inaddition, the control group received compound Danshen tablets fenofibrate, while the treatment group was given oral TCM Huoxue Huayu means- Results： hese indices in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group, and adverse reactions were minimal in the control group- Conclution： It is reliable and secure in application of TCM plus simvastatin in hyperlipidemia and atherosclerotic plaque-
