摘要
目的 观察通心络胶囊对脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响。方法 6 7例脑梗死患者随机分为2组。治疗组32例应用通心络胶囊治疗,对照组35例应用复方丹参片治疗,治疗前后测血液流变学指标。结果 治疗组11项血液流变学指标中,除外血红蛋白、红细胞计数及血沉方程K值外其余指标均有显著性改善(P <0 .0 1)。治疗组治疗后患者血液流变学指标改善优于对照组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 通心络胶囊可明显改善血液流变学指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxi nl uo capsule on the hemorrheology in patients with cerebral infarction.Met hods 67 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into tw o groups: 32 patients in treatment group were treated by Tongxinluo capsule;35 patients in control group were treated by complex Dansen tablet.The parameters o f hemorrheology were detected before and after treatment.Results Among 11 parameters of hemorrheology, except for hemoglobin, red blood cell a nd erythrocyte sedimentation equation constant K,the other parameters in treatm ent group were significantly improved (P<0.01),as compared with those in con trol group.After treatment the parameters of hemorrheology in treatment group we re obviously superior to those of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can significantly improve the parameters of hemorhe ology in patients with cerebral infarction.
