摘要
运用BioWin3.0软件对山东大学某污水处理厂采用的倒置A2/O工艺进行建模,通过初步模拟、敏感性分析、参数校正等,对该污水处理工艺进行数值模拟和运行优化。模型参数的敏感性分析结果表明,模型中影响出水NH4+-N、TP的输出结果、即灵敏度系数大于等于0.25的参数共有12个。对该工艺3种不同运行工况进行模拟研究发现,污泥龄为24 d、内回流比为100%时,该工艺运行状况较优,能耗较省,最为经济合理。
The BioWin3.0 software was adopted to model the reversed A2/O wastewater treatment process of a waste water treatment plant in Jinan,Shandong.The reversed A2/O wastewater treatment process was numerical simulated by steps of influent component parameters determination,parameters calibration,ect,and then the operation was optimized.According to sensitivity analysis,12 model parameters(sensitive parameters Si,j≥0.25) have an obvious influence on NH+4-N and TP simulation result.The established model was applied to simulate the reversed A2/O process in three different operation conditions,results showed that the operation was optimum and energy consumption was lowest when SRT was 24 d and internal return ratio was 100%.
