摘要
本文在对西交大MBA论文通过率、盲评结果等统计分析基础上,指出MBA质量保障应从完善论文淘汰机制,激励师生参与竞争;优化论文评价体系,科学引导论文写作;突出专业学位优势,扬长避短量体裁衣;关注多元评价主体,引入外部质量评价;结合MBA教育目标,两个评价各有侧重等方面进行改进。
Based on an analysis of the acceptance rate of MBA dissertations and data of blind reviews at the Xi＇an Jiaotong University,a discussion is made on the enhancement of the quality assurance system for MBA education.Efforts should be made to tighten the acceptable standard of dissertations,encourage students and teachers to bring their competitiveness into full play,improve the dissertation appraisal system,foster scientific preparations of dissertations,heighten the advantages of professional degree education,optimize academic programs,introduce multiple and external evaluators,and keep a good balance between internal and external evaluation to better fulfill the goals of MBA education.
