北欧国家社会政策的演变及其对中国社会建设的启示被引量：14

摘要文章通过梳理北欧国家社会政策的制定和社会保障体系的发展进程,讨论了北欧模式发展的历史文化背景,并从社会理念、阶级妥协和政策制定机制、左翼力量和中间阶级的作用等方面对社会民主主义的社会秩序和发展动力进行了阐释。通过分析20世纪90年代北欧福利国家的社会政策改革,文章从阶级基础、制度建设,以及社会组织和社会参与等方面探讨了这些国家社会基础的演变过程。文章指出,研究北欧国家社会建设的一般经验和特殊经验,可以加深对社会建设的目标、动力机制、历史文化背景等因素的理解,也能够为思考中国的社会建设提供有益的启示。
