摘要
本文采用铜基板和F8钢基板以及MBD6金刚石进行了轧制复合试验,对制得的最终厚度0.12mm的金刚石-金属复合体进行了分析。讨论了轧制复合法(下称RC)试验过程中金刚石的破碎、形态、分布情况及结合强度,评估了RC法用于金属结合剂金刚石胎体制造的可能性。实验结果表明,RC法用于金属结合剂金刚石工具制造是完全可行的。
By using copper and F8 steel substrates respectively and MBD6 diamonds,rolling compositing(RC) experiments were conducted.Diamond composites of final thickness 0.12 mm were prepared and tested.The breaking ratio,morphology as well as distribution of diamonds and the bonding strength to diamond grits during the rolling compositing were analyzed.The possibility of making metal bond diamond tools with this new technology was evaluated.The results showed that metal bond diamond tools can be fabricated by RC technology.
