摘要
针对四川合川气田珍珠冲组以上地层开展了PDC钻头的个性化设计研究,设计的PQ5344MD-215.9钻头的特征有Φ19mm高抗冲击高耐磨PDC切削齿、非对称五螺旋刀翼、力平衡设计、大深螺旋流道、双排齿加强保径和螺旋光滑保径等。在合川001-38-X3井的钻进井段604~1844.06m,累计进尺1240.06m,平均机械钻速9.64m/h,地层层位为沙二段~须六段,创合川气田单只钻头从二开钻进层位最深纪录。具有机械钻速快、进尺多、导向性好等特点。
Based on study on individuation design of PDC bits for formations above Zhenzhuchong Formation in Sichuan Hechuan Gas Field, bit PQ5344MD-215. 9 was designed with 19mm PDC cutting tooth with high impact resistance and high abrasive resistance, unsymmetrical five screw blades arranged, equilibrium design, large and deep screw channels, gages enhanced with two row cutters, and slippery screw gage etc. In Well Hechuan 001-38-X3, one of this kind bit drilled the interval of 604~1844.06m, that its total footage was 1240.06m, and its average ROP was 9.64m/h, and drilled formations were from the 2nd Member of Shaximiao Formation to the 6th Member of Xujiahe Formation, that was the deepest in formations for one bit drilled from the beginning of 215. 9mm section in Hechuan Gas Field. The test showed that the bit had the features of higher ROP, higher footage and better guidance quality etc.
