摘要
在保证井身质量的前提下提高钻井速度,是加速产能建设,降低油气生产成本的先决条件。二连油田生产区块零星分散,地层古老且各区块地层差别较大,易发生井漏,小钻压吊打及部分井段钻头选型与地层不匹配等影响钻井速度的因素各不相同,直接导致了机械钻速徘徊不前,钻井周期延长,制约了勘探开发的部署。近年来,工程技术人员通过不断的探索、研究和实践,寻找到了一套以井位预移、井身结构优化、复合钻井技术强化等综合技术措施为主提高钻井速度的方法。经过在巴音都兰、乌里亚斯太、吉尔葛朗图等地区的推广应用,在钻井速度提高了17.1%的同时,消除了“狗腿”现象,井身质量合格率100%。
Producing zone of Erlian Oilfield is separate, stratum antiquity and every block is very different led to lost circulation.The factor of influence drilling speed is different, the area has a lower penetration rate ,o,long drilling term, , hindering the course of oil & gas exploration and development in this area.In recent years,engineers searched out a set of increase drilling speed method, such as ,trial transfer well location, optimize wellbore trajectories and intensify compound drilling technique,ect.Through the application in Bayindulan,Wuliyashitai and Jiergelangtu areas, drilling speed increase by 17.1%, the qualification rate of cementing is as high as 100%。
