摘要
研究了热处理对27SiMn钢表面化学镀Ni-W-P镀层的组织形貌及性能的影响。结果表明,化学镀Ni-W-P合金镀层均具有很高的耐磨耐蚀性,较27SiMn钢基体耐磨耐蚀性能大幅度提高,且热处理后的化学镀Ni-W-P合金镀层的耐磨耐蚀性能更好。
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Ni-W-P electroless plating on surface of 27SiMn steel was investigated.The results show that compared with 27SiMn steel substrate,the Ni-W-P electroless platings have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and the heat treated one has better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
