摘要
研究了一种新型的铝及铝合金化学镀N i-P合金的前处理工艺。将化学镀N i-P合金工艺的二次施镀(先碱性化学镀N i-P,再酸性化学镀N i-P),改为一次施镀。给出了前处理活化液的配方和工艺条件。本工艺操作简单,便于镀件质量控制,缩短了操作时间,提高了工作效率,降低了成本。实验结果表明:此工艺条件下得到的镀层,结合强度和镀层质量达标。
A new pre-treatment process of electroless Ni-P alloys plating on aluminum and aluminum alloy was studied, The process of electroless Ni-P alloys plating was changed from twice (first alkaline, second acidic) to once. The formulation and process conditions of pre-treatment activating solution were presented. The above process is easy to operate and the quality of the plated parts easy to be controlled. By using the process the operation time is shortened, work efficiency improved and cost reduced. Test results show that both the adhesion strength and the coating quality of the plating coating' s quality obtained with the new process reach the products standard.
