摘要
现代工程机械中大多使用可编程控制器（PLC）来实现控制功能，但是PLC使用和维修成本都比较高，大大制约了工程机械的发展与应用。本文以Atmel公司AVR系列新型微控制器AT90CAN128为核心，设计了一个小型车载通用控制器，以适应对控制要求不那么复杂的工程机械，使其在某种程度上能代替PLC，降低生产成本。
The Programmable Logic Controller（PLC）is widely used in modern engineering machinery to implement control functions. With high cost of use and maintenance, however, PLC has been greatly restricting the development and expansion of engineering machinery. This essay presents a design for mini-type vehicle-mounted universal controller, which uses new type microcontroller AT90CAN128,AVR family, out of Atmel corporation, as the kernel to accommodate engineering machinery with less complicated control demand. To some extent, this can be the replacement of PLC to lower the cost.
