摘要
目的 强调脑原发淋巴瘤的CT、MRI特征 ,提高临床诊断的正确性。方法 回顾性分析了 9例经病理证实的脑原发淋巴瘤的CT和MRI资料 ,其中 7例同时进行CT、MRI扫描。结果 9例病人共发现病灶 2 7个 ,病灶除分布于额叶、颞叶、基底节等常见部位外 ,还可见于视交叉、松果体区和胼胝体 (各 2个 )。CT平扫 :96 %的病灶呈等或高密度 ,81%呈均匀密度。MRI:T1WI等或稍低信号病灶占 89% ,T2 WI等或稍高信号病灶占 10 0 %。多数瘤灶呈轻至中度周围水肿 (78% )和占位效应(82 % )。增强扫描 :74%的淋巴瘤呈均匀显著强化 ,仅有 2 6 %的病灶见坏死、囊变。结论 免疫状态正常人颅脑原发淋巴瘤具有较典型的CT、MRI特征 ,只要给予足够的重视 ,误诊是可以明显减少的。
