摘要
高职院校的师资队伍建设一直是困扰高职院校发展的瓶颈之一,本文通过对校本培训实施的介绍,分析了实施过程中教师在专业能力、方法能力和社会能力方面的提高,并简要说明了培训的效果。
The teachers team construction of higher vocational colleges has been one of the bottlenecks in their development.The paper introduces the implementation of school-based training,and analyses the improvement of the teachers in the professional capacity,method capabilities and social capabilities and a brief description of the effect of training is offered.
