糖尿病无痛性心肌梗死16例分析被引量：1

摘要 [目的]探讨糖尿病无痛性心肌梗死的诊治要点.[方法]对16例糖尿病无痛性心肌梗死患者的临床资料联系文献予以分析.[结果]16例中就诊时表现为休克者3例,心力衰竭4例,胃肠道症状2例,心律失常2例,乏力3例,发烧咳嗽1例,晕厥1例.16例共死亡7例（43.8%）.[结论]应重视糖尿病无痛性心肌梗死的隐匿性、非典型性,对糖尿病患者应注意定期检查,特别是心血管自主神经病变（CAN）检查,以早期发现糖尿病患者的心血管等并发症,早期干预、治疗.
