糖尿病心脏自主神经病变与周围感觉神经损伤的关系探讨 被引量：2

摘要 对50例2型糖尿病患者进行心血管反射试验及定量感觉检查,结合临床症状确定糖尿病心脏自主神经病变和周围感觉神经损伤。结果:在入组患者中周围感觉神经损伤的发生率为28%,心脏自主神经病变的发生率为10%,存在早期周围感觉神经损伤的患者中心脏自主神经病变的发生率为22%,具有周围感觉神经损伤的患者中心脏自主神经病变的发生率为21%,无周围感觉神经损伤的患者中心脏自主神经病变的发生率为6%。结论:心脏自主神经病变可发生于早期周围感觉神经损伤的患者,两者在病变程度间可能具有相关性。
