摘要 从Adipokines与胰岛素抵抗的关系,Adipokines与肥胖者脂肪组织巨噬细胞浸润,炎症与胰岛素抵抗信号转导,内质网应激与胰岛素抵抗等方面综述了Adipokines在肥胖症及胰岛素抵抗中的作用;并着重探讨了肥胖,adipokines,炎症,胰岛素抵抗四者之间的关系。 It is well established that there is a close relationship between adipokines,insulin resistance and obesity.This review focuses on the effect of adipokines on obesity and insulin resistance from the relationship between adipokines and macrophage infiltration of adipose tissue in obesity,adipokines and inflammation and insulin resistance signaling pathways,adipokines and endoplasmic reticulum stress and insulin resistance.This paper put emphasis on connections among adipokines,obesity,inflammation and insulin resistance.
