最大脂肪氧化强度运动干预肥胖症理论与应用研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 肥胖和超重与心脏病、高血压、2型糖尿病、呼吸系统疾病、某些类型的癌症、生育畸形、骨性关节炎和睡眠呼吸暂停综合征等疾病的发生、发展密切相关,已经成为影响人类生存质量和寿命的重要危险因素之一。肥胖的不断低龄化已经对儿童生长发育、心肺功能、姿势控制及感觉能力,以及心理健康构成严重威胁。其中单纯性肥胖与生活方式密切相关,
